MOE Reimbursements

• Ministry students may seek reimbursement for costs they incurred for one hotel stay up to six (6) nights upon arrival at the beginning of the scholarship period. For a hotel reimbursement, please submit an original hotel invoice with proof of payment such as original receipt.
• For any other reimbursement inquiries, please contact your advisor. Reimbursements cannot be approved or processed for payment until all required receipts are mailed to the office.
